HOW DOES A QUALIFIED MGL E-PLAN PARTICIPANT GET A VEHICLE? To participate in the MGL E-Plan the participant must complete the E-PIan Customer Information Form" and obtain an approval code prior to the purchase. Eligible former Mazda Great Lakes' employees need to contact a New Vehicle Purchase Plan staff member in the Distribution Department at MNAO Headquarters in Irvine.

The MGL E-Plan participant fills out the E-Plan Customer Information Form and returns it to the New Vehicle Purchase Plan Coordinator.

The coordinator reviews the form, approves eligibility, assigns an approval code, and prices out the E‑Plan for the participant.

The participant can have a unit shipped to a participating dealer, or go to a dealership and select a vehicle from the dealer 's inventory. Note: Be aware that the dealer may not have the  exact vehicle that was priced out.

The participant should immediately identify himself/herself to the dealer as being eligible for the MGL E-Plan and present a copy of the "E-Plan Customer Information Form" and New Vehicle Purchase E-Plan Pricing Sheets to the dealer. If the participant chooses a vehicle from the dealer's inventory that has deferent options from the vehicle he/she was looking for, the dealer will price out the vehicle using another ”New Vehicle Purchase E-Plan Pricing Sheet.” This insures the proper E-Plan price will be given to the participant. Note: Mazda will print the E-PIan price right on the vehicle invoice.  All a participant will have to do is ask for the vehicle invoice to confirm the correct E-Plan price.

The dealer will complete and ask the participant to sign the New Vehicle Purchase E‑Plan Pricing Sheet." After it is signed the dealer will provide the participant a copy. This is assurance that the price charged is the correct price. This form should not be signed If it Is blank or if the participant does not understand how the price was calculated. If there are any questions or concerns about the terms of the purchase, ask the dealer for clarification before closing the transaction or consult with a MNAO New Vehicle Purchase Coordinator.

Former MGL employee sponsors are responsible for how their Plan is used by other family members.

The former MGL employee will be advised each time one of the four New Vehicle Purchase Plan MGL E‑Plan privileges leave been used.

HOW ARE PLAN PRICES DEVELOPED?

E-Plan prices are below Dealer Invoice and include any retail incentive if applicable. A commission is paid to the dealer by MNAO.

The dealer is required to provide the customer with a true copy of the factory invoice when calculating the plan prices using the "New Vehicle Purchase Plan Pricing Sheet." The customer should also receive a complete and signed copy of the New Vehicle Purchase Plan Pricing Sheet showing each item and its price. This form should not be signed If it is blank or if the customer does not understand how the price was calculated

The E-Plan price will be printed on the factory invoice. The dealer is required to provide the customer with a true copy of the factory invoice showing these New Vehicle Purchase Plan prices.

· The dealership may not charge separately for document preparation or other administrative services incidental to the delivery of the vehicle. These expenses are considered to be part of the dealer's normal cost of doing business for which the dealership is compensated by the commission paid.

· The dealership may charge any price negotiated between the dealer and the customer for undercoating, dealer‑installed options, extended service contracts and other items or services that add value to the vehicle, provided such items are priced separately and listed individually on the retail buyer's order and the "New Vehicle Purchase Plan Pricing Sheet."

· Prices established by the New Vehicle Purchase Plan are non-negotiable.

· The customer is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, license and title fees.

The E-Plan customer is entitled to the price in effect at the time the vehicle was invoiced. Any money refunded to the dealer by Mazda for price increases occurring after the order is submitted, but before shipment to the dealer, must be refunded to the customer.

The dealership may require the E‑Plan customer to make a deposit when placing a vehicle order. The dealership may retain some or all of this deposit if the customer declines to accept delivery of the product ordered. An agreement in writing should be reached with the dealership concerning the amount of the deposit and the conditions under which the dealership may retain the transaction is not completed.

· Mazda American Credit Lease transactions may require a refundable security deposit. The security deposit is held until the end of the lease and is refunded, provided that the lease terms have been satisfied. The deposit is usually equal to one month's payment, rounded to the next $50.

NOTE: E-Plan customers may not accept items or services as an inducement or reward in connection with an E-Plan sale.

 WHEN DOES DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?

New Vehicle Purchase Plan customers must accept delivery and make final settlement within five working days of notification by the dealership that the vehicle is available for delivery. Unless otherwise agreed to between the dealership and The New Vehicle Purchase Plan customer, vehicle disposition becomes the sole responsibility of the delivering dealership on the sixth day.

WHAT ABOUT TRADE-IN, FINANCING AND INSURANCE?

· Trade-in allowance is not covered by the New Vehicle Purchase Plan and must be negotiated with the dealership.

Financing may be obtained at the customer's discretion from any source.

Non-Eligible family members may appear as co-signers or co-makers of the loan or other financing agreement, but cannot appear on the Vehicle Title or Registration.

New Vehicle Purchase Plan customers are required to provide their own liability and collision insurance for both purchases and leases. Lessees should request information about these amounts from the dealer prior to obtaining insurance and signing the final lease papers.

· Vehicles must be retained in the customer's possession and registered for at least six months from the date of purchase or lease.

with a good credit rating.

How long do I have to keep an "E" Plan vehicle?

What can happen to me if I don’t '"follow the Plan's rules and abuse my privileges?

Disregard for the rules of the New Vehicle Purchase Plan is a serious matter. Violation of the Plan's rules, as described in this

b. Being suspended from participating in the Plan

Information I’ve been given elsewhere conflicts with the rules in this booklet. What should I do? For clarification of Plan Rules, contact the corporate New Vehicle Purchase Plan staff member with your concern before closing any sale or 1ease transaction. Remember that you are responsible for assuring that your Plan Eligibility is used according to the Rules. This includes sales and leases you sponsor for family members.
